From his humble beginnings as a hardscaper, Sam’s passion for turning ideas into reality has shaped Forsyth Remodeling into one of Metro Atlanta’s most trusted names in residential renovation. He leads with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of the art and science behind exceptional home transformations.

I’m the proud owner of Forsyth Remodeling. With 16 years of experience in the construction industry, I’m deeply passionate about what I do and take immense pride in delivering excellent customer service, clear communication, and top-quality craftsmanship on every project. I’m also incredibly proud of the amazing team here at Forsyth Remodeling, who share my dedication to creating the best possible outcomes for our clients. As a father of two young children, aged five and two, and a husband, I understand the importance of creating spaces that work for families.
When I’m not working, I’m spending as much time as I can with my family, enjoying the moments that truly matter. My commitment to both my craft and my family drives everything I do at Forsyth Remodeling.
Jay Desai
I’ve been with Forsyth Remodeling for several years, working alongside the owner, Sammy, whom I’ve known for a long time. My passion for construction and design has been a driving force throughout my career, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping our clients’ dreams come to life through our work. At Forsyth, we take pride in our craftsmanship, always delivering projects on time and with the highest level of professionalism.
Beyond work, I golf and am a huge baseball fan. Outside of sports, I value family time and enjoy creating lasting memories with my loved ones. Whether it's a weekend getaway or simply enjoying a meal together, family is at the heart of everything I do.
Shawn Sudduth
I’m an accomplished Project Manager at Forsyth Remodeling with over 20 years of experience in the trades. HVAC certified and licensed apprentice electrician I bring a wealth of technical knowledge and expertise to every project I manage. Having been with Forsyth Remodeling for a year, I consistently deliver high-quality results and ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, I am a proud father who enjoys spending time with my son, racing trucks, and riding motorcycles-passions that reflect my love for adventure and hands-on work.
Mike Macutkiewicz
I’m the Operations Manager with Forsyth Remodeling. I began working with Sammy after moving to Georgia from Massachusetts where I was a licensed union electrician. I spent 22 years in the MA and CT Air National Guard as a Civil Engineering structural shop troop.
When I’m not working I can be found watching my son’s soccer and football games with my wife of 20 years or trying to get a round of golf in.
Chassadi Keller
I’m a highly motivated and organized HR Associate with a passion for developing and maintaining effective HR processes. With 10 years of experience of processing orders, coordinating appointments and providing excellent customer service. Forsyth Remodeling is like being a part of a family away from home. As a mother of six I’m skilled in multitasking and juggling everything all at once, getting things done in a timely manner and making sure no-one gets left behind.
When I’m not working I’m spending quality time with my family hiking, riding our four wheelers and dirt bikes, and going on new adventures. Keeping things in order and maintained in the midst of all the crazy is what drives me the most to be successful at work and at home.
Stephen Jones
I’m a dedicated construction professional with five years of experience in project management, site supervision, and repairs. As a key team member at Forsyth Remodeling, I ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Passionate about building strong foundations—both in structures and relationships—I value teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous learning. Originally from Chicago and raised in Canton, GA, I now live in Johns Creek with my wife, Sandra, and our three amazing children.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, lifting weights, and playing sports, always seeking ways to grow both personally and professionally.
